FlameFunnels™ | Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (Sales Audit)

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between:

Disclosing Party: FlameFunnels, a division of B2B Growth Systems (“FlameFunnels”, "We", "Us")

Receiving Party: The individual or business entity completing the Sales & Marketing Audit (“You”, "Client").

Effective Date: The date you submit your Sales & Marketing Audit.

Purpose:

You are providing sensitive business information to FlameFunnels solely for the purpose of receiving a custom audit and potential service recommendations. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality as described below.

Confidential Information:

Information you disclose about your business, marketing, operations, sales data, strategies, offers, or performance.
Any documents, uploads, discussions, or additional communications that occur during or after your audit.

Obligations:

FlameFunnels agrees to keep all Client information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without written permission.
You agree to treat any proprietary frameworks, audit materials, or strategy insights shared by FlameFunnels with equal confidentiality.
Confidential information shall not be used for any purpose except evaluating business fit for services.

Exceptions:

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information:

Already publicly available
Already known prior to disclosure
Required to be disclosed by law

No Service Obligation:

This NDA does not obligate either party to enter into a service agreement.

Governing Law:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and the United States.

By submitting the Sales & Marketing Audit and checking the acceptance box, you agree to the terms of this NDA.
